Let it be Said: This should be
a lot of fun to watch
He keeps pretty good company, too, on some of his rounds.
"I got to know Mark O’Mera and Stuart Appleby, and through Mark, I got to meet Tiger (Woods). I even played a few holes with Mark and Tiger. Great people to be around - a lot of fun."
There's that word again - fun.
I think it will be a lot of fun to watch him race this season. And when he wins, it'll be a lot of fun trying to avoid that Said said / said Said thing when we all get to write about it.

MR. SAID HAS EARNED A RIDE WITH A CUP TEAM,HE HAS COME THROUGH FOR ALOT OF TEAMS WHEN THEY WERE STUCK FOR A DRIVER. HIS ABILITY AS A ROADRACER ARE UNINPEACHABLE,AND ANY DRIVER WITH HIS NATURAL ABILITY CAN EASILY ADJUST TO THE OVALS. HIS AGE ASIDE I BELIEVE MR. SAID STILL THE HUNGER IT TAKES TO WIN IN A CUP RACE, I BELIEVE THAT SOME TEAM WHO NEEDS A DRIVER IS DOING THEMSELVES AN INJUSTICE BY NOT JUMPING ON THE CHANCE TO GET A DRIVER WITH THE ABILITY, DRIVE,AND SAVY AS A BORIS "SAID."

Who said? Boris said.
I've heard there is a tshirt out there with this phrase on it. I want one. I'd love to see Boris win.

I'll second that notion. I will be one of the fantasy team owners that will choose Boris for the experience vs the energy and fearlessness of youth. I think Travis and Kyle will be great, but I think that Boris will start for me in those 10 races he gets this year.

It is great to finally see him get a chance. It's too bad a top team didn't give him the chance and his age hurts now, but as I always said, if anyone deserved a chance to race this division, Said does

His age doesnt hurt, it counts towards his value. The marketing of America and Nascar is what hurts!

I knew Boris a little in high school in Connecticut. I think he was a dirt bike racer or something early on. But I do remember seeing his 'fro hair cruising through the halls of Westhill High (Stamford CT).
Good luck Boris way to qualify 4th at Daytona!

I agree with you the way you view the issue. I remember Jack London once said everything positive has a negative side; everything negative has positive side. It is also interesting to see different viewpoints & learn useful things in the discussion.I agree with you the way you view the issue.
