Johnson wins at Richmond
To no one's surprise, Hendrick Motorsports chalked up another COT race with Jimmie Johnson's win at Richmond...that makes four COT races, all won by Hendrick drivers. They've definitely got the COT figured out while other teams are struggling, some more than others.
The only car out there that seemed to have anything for the Hendrick domination was Kevin Harvick, but a "miscommunication" in the pits on lap 253 when Harvick and Ragan got together, causing lots of damage to Harvicks car. Surprisingly, Harvick was able to battle back to finish 7th and still gain a spot in the standings.
The Chevy's are definitely doing better with the COT compared to the other makes, but Hendrick Motorsports seemed to have it completely figured out. Unless other teams can figure out the whole package of the COT, Hendrick Motorsports is going to continue their dominance with the COT races.
And what was with not calling cautions after it was clear that a car put debris on the track after hitting the wall? I swear, NASCAR is becoming less consistent week after week and they wonder why fans complain?
Your thoughts?

NASCAR doesn't care if fans, drivers or anyone complains about their calling of cautions. It was amzing that they left Jamie McMurray driving around on the top of the track while the front of his car was being chewed up by the tire that went flat. It took NASCAR more than two laps to call the caution which finally allowed Mc Murray to get down off the track. Had NASCAR thrown the caution earlier he would have been able to get the car off the track before it did so much damage to the car.
It is obvious that Hendrick Motor Sports has figred out the COT well ahead of the other Chevy teams. But it looks like Gibbs and RCR are not that far behind.
