just for u
I make my living off the evening news
Just give me something-something I can use
People love it when you lose,
They love dirty laundry
Well, I coulda been an actor, but I wound up here
I just have to look good, I dont have to be clear
Come and whisper in my ear
Give us dirty laundry
Kick em when theyre up
Kick em when theyre down
Kick em when theyre up
Kick em when theyre down
Kick em when theyre up
Kick em when theyre down
Kick em when theyre up
Kick em all around
We got the bubble-headed-bleach-blonde who
Comes on at five
She can tell you bout the plane crash with a gleam
In her eye
Its interesting when people die-
Give us dirty laundry
Can we film the operation?
Is the head dead yet?
You know, the boys in the newsroom got a
Running bet
Get the widow on the set!
We need dirty laundry
You dont really need to find out whats going on
You dont really want to know just how far its gone
Just leave well enough alone
Eat your dirty laundry
Kick em when theyre up
Kick em when theyre down
Kick em when theyre up
Kick em when theyre down
Kick em when theyre up
Kick em when theyre down
Kick em when theyre stiff
Kick em all around
Dirty little secrets
Dirty little lies
We got our dirty little fingers in everybodys pie
We love to cut you down to size
We love dirty laundry
We can do the innuendo
We can dance and sing
When its said and done we havent told you a thing
We all know that crap is king
Give us dirty laundry!

Diane, you're going to love your big screen
TV. I got a 55" Sony a couple of years ago
and love it. It's great watching the races
but again it's great to watch everything on
it.
Kari, hope your hubby finds a job real soon.
Posted by: Dottie | Nov 28, 2008 6:23:01 PM
Kari - I'm looking forward to watching sports on this big TV, especially racing.
I'm hoping your hubby finds something soon. Don't want you to have to watch Daytona without HD. :)
Posted by: Diane | Nov 28, 2008 5:15:48 PM
Diane,
Enjoy your TV! We saved up all last year and got ours last Black Friday. There are some channels that are just incredible in HD--Food Network (yum!), Discovery Channel, and of course, racing and college hoops on the big screen both rock! I was beside myself watching the Daytona 500 on it and the NCAA tourney this year. Since we rarely go out to eat and never go to the movies, HD and that big screen TV were worth every penny! We have another week to enjoy HD before I cancel it--hopefully, just temporarily.
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We had leftover turkey sandwiches for lunch a little while ago. Yum! :)

Some economists are saying it'll last ten months.

K2 - Yep, DINE is back. Went and bought myself an early birthday present this morning - a 46" flatscreen LCD HDTV this morning.

J2,
Damn T Day is over .. damn can you get off your horse long enough?
till monday can we leave NOBAMA alone.>?
Posted by: Kurt2 | Nov 28, 2008 1:47:12 PM
Aggster,
Barack Hussein Obama is your normal Washington politician, he lies. Change? Let's see he's now got Reaganite economists, Bush security/defense personnel, and Clintonian money guys running the show. I'll give Barry credit on this, he's right on with respect to his security personnel.
The far left is fuming in light of the fact he's keeping Bush's Defense Sec. Gates on and in effect admitting that Bush's surge policy in Iraq has been very successful. For NSC director, not a more capable non-partisan than General Jones who isn't a dove when it comes to first killing those who wish to kill us.
Gov't can throw money at this downturn in the economy but it's up to the consumer to bring us back from the depths of the recession. Some economists are saying it'll last ten months. Though based on how Mrs. Jon2 is depleting my checking account (not hers) shopping for holiday stuff I'll have to differ and say it'll bounce back in six months.
Posted by: Jon2 | Nov 28, 2008 1:44:53 PM
I see DINE is back
Posted by: Kurt2 | Nov 28, 2008 1:36:26 PM
Didn't you guys know that Daly is an expert in all things? Actually, he just thinks he is. LOL

He is a NASCAR authority now became a NFL authority, but writes about POP WARNER FOOTABLL really:)

Wow Mike, which website did you steal those words from? You sound like a typical reporter hack on ESPN or any of the other sports shows.

TE should have lots of cash she spend nothing on talent.......really sad what happening to that org.
j2 rumour is they had to merge and be a 4 car team to fulfill their deal with bass or bass would be bub byebye
A 34 year old Wal-Mart worker gets stampeded to death by shoppers.
really sad and no one should die like that
i think a human life is worth more than a 9.99 dvd player and how can anyone enjoy their el-cheapo flat screen knowing some died for them to get it!!
i think by this afternoon the herd should be settled down in ND
j2 what's obomba doing filling that white with clinton rejects, for what to have some guys to play bball with.....i think he is making his own version of washington generals to play against!!
When does does Monica, paula and gennifer flowers get hired??

Looks like Black Friday started out in typical fashion.....A 34 year old Wal-Mart worker gets stampeded to death by shoppers.
Any time you open a Wal-Mart, especially on BF, there's a good chance half the crowd is going to be akin to a herd of buffalo in size as well as numbers.
Aggster,
Bonuses? DEI doesn't win a CUP victory in 2008 and there's talk of receiving bonuses? And employees felt they were entitled? Shocking.

The Titans may have run the ball well but they have to pass better to keep going in the playoffs.
The Cowboys' win was a hollow one because they took on a punchless Seahawks squad and didn't reach 40 points.
Don't give stock to McNabb for beating the Cardinals - they're the phonies they've always been and McNabb has shown the last four seasons that he's not that good.

Did you see the rest of titans line up?? Them and giants look like the SB favs.
Matt Millen screwed that org up for a few more years!!! those ford kids anything they touch turns to shit!
f5 try and catch an az game with those two recievers of theirs and kurt trowing them 10 yd passes and then seeing them turn them into 40 yd gains, now that entertainment!!
and whats with those pansy lions uniforms, they look like a bunch of ballet dancers on steroids auditioning for the ‘Nutcracker’

The Detroit Lions were the Bumblers, ask Atlanta, Green Bay, San Francisco, Chicago (twice) Minnestoa, Houston, Washington,Jacksonville, Carolina and Tampa Bay...Don't feel like your tams playin' well call Dr Feelgood Rod Marinelli, He'll put some zing back in your step...Jeremy Mayfield is looking for a job!

Aggie, I read this:
"Tennessee Titans wanted to re-establish the run to get back on track after losing for the first time.
The Detroit Lions were very accommodating."

Aggie, I want all the dogs, too.
Are you sure?? I must have looked at the TV wrong. I thought it was Titans-45 Lions 30. lol
There's many, Titans fans here, since we're not that far from Nashville. The kids wear Santa hats that say "Titans" to school. I like the Colts, Panthers, and *cough* Tampa Bay Bucs. My son lived in Tampa for a short time, and I felt sorry for them.

Happy Thanksgiving to all. Aggie I'm watching the dog, too. I love all the dog shows.
I don't take baketball seriously, anymore. I spend too much energy watching Nascar, I guess. Graceann, my son is a Louisville fan like me, and my daughter is a UK fan. There's many of divided homes around here, but we all have fun.
I've liked Duke for a long time, before I knew it was my favorite driver's team. There's not many Duke fans here. Wayne you're memory is a lot better than mine. That's the way it went down. LOL Thanks for the correct spelling... "Laettner".
Graceann, my friend/neighbor says Rick has hair plugs because he has more hair then he did when he coached at UK. I tell her, he doesn't pull his hair out since he's at Louisville. UK fans demand the utmost of their coach.
