NASCAR Banquet to move to Las Vegas?
It's all over the place now and supposedly a done deal except for the crossing of the t's and dotting of the it's, NASCAR's Awards Banquet will move from New York City to Las Vegas.
I never thought New York City was a good fit and I'm not sure how Vegas will turn out, but I'm looking forward to the change. Vegas is rumored to be paying from $500,000 to $1 mil for each year if this actually goes through, but they'll be getting lots of money from the gambling alone in return.
Your thoughts?

Kinda liked the tradition of New York and the Waldorf..
THink Vegas is going to be overkill for this, but at least it wasnt LA. Oddly enough Bruton Smith gets his way again with NASCAR...
On another topic:
J2, I didnt see anyone as yet mention this on the last blog so I thought I would.
Good to see your Felon ass owner still up to his shady crap with Easley.. Anything else Easley needs I am quite sure Felon can provide.
Rick "reformed" and paid his debt to us? Yeah right , just like Micheal Vick did.. What a damn joke Easley and the crook are.
