Stewarts wins at The Glen
Tony Stewart was the winner of the rain delayed race at Watkins Glen and leads the points standings by 260 points over Johnson. At this point both Stewart and Johnson have 3 wins this season giving them equal amount of bonus points going into the Chase, only Martin has more wins (4), but he's sitting in 11th in points right now.
But the big news from the race other than Tony winning, was a big wreck that happened with only 27 laps to go and brought out the red flag for about 20 minutes. While there were multiple cars involved, Hornish, Gordon and Burton took the biggest hits. Luckily everyone is OK, no one was seriously hurt, although I'm sure those three are very sore this morning. They were able to talk to Gordon and Burton and both admit they're sore, Gordon already has his back problems and Burton made a joke saying he's "too old for this". Hornish left before anyone could talk to him, apparently he's ok and is assumed that he's not mad at Kahne or anyone.
Your thoughts?

Just who the hell are you to be telling anyone what name to use. You say post your name. Do you mean like you do? You like to give people nicknames. well try this one on and see if it fits. I will refer to you as douche bag 2. I like that better than a Busch pole licker. It's hard to tell, you can be both. Have a great day.

always agree with you as well as some others
but I will not use a fake name and you can
count on that. Please don't be offended but
I want you to know this.

Mayfield and his wife Shayna called police Saturday to report that Lisa Mayfield, Mayfield's former stepmother, was trespassing on their property.
The Mayfields said that Lisa was drunk and banging on their door.
so there ya go DJ lol.
oh wait of course...
They also claim she threatened to kill them.

" but it's a sin to say anything negative about Jr... " Stewart
Please. That is bullshit. ANY time ANY one posts about Kyle, someone throws Junior in the mix. EVEN if Junior wasn't even part of the damn conversation. And I am not just talking about D2 either. Noone says fuck about Kyle with throwing DEj right under the bus.
I am a Junior fan, but I don't see why we ( and me too) talk about him. He's a non-factor. Robby Gordon determines the outcome of more races than Junior this year. ( come get me DJ and Barb, lol)
I CALLED THE POLE DID I NOT?!?!?
Seeing a dodge still---Engine #9 and #2!!
Posted by: Gretchen | Aug 16, 2009 2:03:52 PM
BS, JJ is the most abused person on here besides Jr. You can't say shit on here without those two getting a mention.
Kyle is a arrogant asshole who needs his ass kicked. Its not all about him. His friggin head has grown as big as a watermelon.
Posted by: kyles #1 | Aug 16, 2009 11:43:46 AM
I didn't know we were in grammar class you arrogant Ass.

Stewart your a dumbass,
Posted by: kyles #1 | Aug 16, 2009 11:32:33 AM
You should have typed "Stewart "you're" a dumbass"... now who is dumb?...
You're right about JJ & HMS taking a lot of shit on here... but not as much as Kyle.
BTW, why do you keep bringing up D2... are you jealous or something... wasting my time trying to reason with you... bye, bye jerk...
Posted by: Stewart | Aug 16, 2009 11:37:52 AM
Stewart your a dumbass, HMS gets more shit on here then anyone. JJ can't drive. Its all Chad. Take off your D2 rose colored glasses. Are you afraid the NASCAR PO-Lice will come and get you.
Posted by: kyles #1 | Aug 16, 2009 11:32:33 AM
Another thing... I've learned that it's ok to dis on Kyle over & over & over on here... but it's a sin to say anything negative about Jr... SOME Jr. fans can dish it out but they can't take it... there is only a couple on here who say anything bad about Jr.... how many are there that are always on Kyles ass?... this will be my last post on this subject... it's sooooo boring..

"it's getting a little redundant.
but JJ gets run over + his wife too big time. Junior is bagged on in here daily. rh too. last year edwards was mr ed. probably before that it was kurt or juan or dario or open wheelers in general. Jr has been a nice guy about it. ky likes or liked to rub it in as in Jr's fans are idiots etc.
so while it's the same ol' shit over and over, some people don't appreciate hearing it daily.
Posted by: like a complete unknown | Aug 16, 2009 3:31:06 AM"
FYI, no one gets bagged on here more often and by more people than Kyle Busch.
Posted by: Stewart | Aug 16, 2009 11:05:45 AM
Kyles the #1 asshole so thats why he gets talked about. Duh, take off your D2 rose colored glasses and read his redundant post.
Heard Smith & Wesson might sponsor Kyle next year. He is good for supplying the ammo every week.
Posted by: kyles #1 | Aug 16, 2009 8:52:20 AM
Graceann, great post. You said it best. Thank you for pointing out the fact that a lot of the drivers act like a$$holes sometimes, not just Kyle. Good job GA.

Oh & for the record I am not a Busch fan, just tired of hearing the kid slammed for shit that the drivers do every as well but nobody seems to give shit because their not KYLE BUSCH. How many times has Smoke stormed away after a race? How many times have the others? How many times does JJ complain so & so raced him this way or that way? How many times do the other drivers complain about being raced a certain way? Call somebody a name? Only Kyle Busch gets slammed. It's getting old People!
Posted by: Graceann | Aug 16, 2009 1:05:49 AM
Good Grief People! Get over it! If Busch says nothing, your on him like stink on shit! Calling him a spoiled brat for walking away! If he comments he is still a spoiled brat! The interview he gave with Marty Smith, you still slammed the boy. What the HELL do you want from Busch???? Nothing he says or does meets your standards so it really doesn't matter what he does or says you can always find something to rip him apart. The one thing you ALL seemed to miss was BUSCH knew the #88 was coming (hmmm something a racer should be aware of when leading a race) VICKERS DID NOT!!!! Wonder WHY???? Where was his ATTENTION FOCUSED????
Posted by: Graceann | Aug 16, 2009 1:00:30 AM
If Vickers would've punched him, I'd have ordered a #83 Red Bull t-shirt pronto....

"LATE BREAKING NASCAR NEWS"
Starting at Bristol Motor Speedway. Anyone passing Kyle Busch with less than 10 laps will be charged with the dreaded BR549 "Detremintal to Stock Car Racing". A fine of $1,000,000 and a 75 race suspension.

Just got done reviewing the Highlights from Michigan...to Vickers and Busch...Get over it! it was GOOD hard racin'...and BK snookered 'em...I've won races like that and the feeling is unbeleiveable...Kinda like an "Atlanta Move"!
This is the right "Flavor" that racing needs...Hard racing, Tempers flairing, and colorful drivers...and I did see BK get "ushered" down quik by a keen Carchief!...Congrats to Pops!
I was even impressed with Edwards post crash interview!
Posted by: Fan #5 | Aug 15, 2009 11:01:07 PM
Ok, let me get this straight. Kyle is pissed again cause Vickers wouldn't pull over for him to pass and Brad comes up and passes both. Kyle goes over to Vickers and shows his A-tude once again. Freakin get over yourself. You have already stole a championship from these guys so just Shut Up!!!!!!!!!
Goooooooooooooooo Braves!!!!!!!
Hell yeah we took one from those nasty Phills today.

Congrats to Brad K. and team on their
Nationwide win at Michigan.
While Brian Vickers and Kyle Busch were in
a furious battle for the lead on the final
lap, Brad K. who took on two tires on the
final pit stop swooped by for the win. Kyle
and Brian exchanged some heated words on pit
road afterwards.
It was nice of Brak K. to invite 52 laid-off
workers from UAW 5960 in Lake Orion, Mi to
attend Saturday's Nationwide race at MIS. He
paid their transporation to and from the
race and was paying for their tickets but
MIS said they would donate the tickets. Brad
was going to meet with the 52 people at the
track. He said, he wanted to help some
people who were laid-off from their job in
his home state.
off p

Oh Oh, better stop the nonsense talk about Kyle. The Azz Clown Posse will be here to defend.
I will go ahead and get it started. The Felon wasn't really sick. JJ can't drive its all Chad. Jr should be working at 7-11. Not going to say anything bad about Gordon.
Did I forget anything?

Reverse Racial Profiling
white man picked up in a minority neighborhood for looking at houses and killing some time.
(Associated Press) Rock legend Bob Dylan was treated like a complete unknown by police in a New Jersey shore community when a resident called to report someone wandering around the neighborhood.
Dylan was in Long Branch, as part of a tour with Willie Nelson and John Mellencamp.
The police officer drove up to Dylan, who was wearing a blue jacket, and asked him his name. According to Woolley, the following exchange ensued:
"What is your name, sir?" the officer asked.
"Bob Dylan," Dylan said.
"OK, what are you doing here?" the officer asked.
"I'm on tour," the singer replied.
A 24-year-old police officer apparently was unaware of who Dylan is and asked him for identification.
"I don't think she was familiar with his entire body of work," Woolley said.
The singer of such classics as "Like a Rolling Stone" and "Blowin' in the Wind" said that he didn't have any ID with him, that he was just walking around looking at houses to pass some time before that night's show.
The officers asked Dylan, 68, to accompany them back to the Ocean Place Resort and Spa, where the performers were staying. Once there, tour staff vouched for Dylan.
The officers thanked him for his cooperation.
"He couldn't have been any nicer to them," Woolley added.
How did it feel?
A Dylan publicist did not immediately return a telephone call seeking comment Friday.

I don't recall where I read this but when
R.C. obtained Cheerios as a sponsor for his
4th. car which Casey Mears was supposed to
drive, Cheerios refused to sponsor Casey and
R.C. put Clint Bowyer in the Cheerios car
and Casey Mears in the Jack Daniels car. I
think Clint Bowyer got the bum deal. He was
doing great in the Jack Daniels car. R.C.
needs to do some switching back with his
teams all the way around. Give Kevin Harvick
back his cc and team also.
