GO Gamecocks
I know most of the people reading this site are primarily racing fans but I would like to let everyone know that my Gamecocks are playing Alabama tomorrow. We've started the season out 1-1 under our new coach and hopefully we can make a bowl game this year. I say we as if I'm part of the team, I know I'm not but I still pull like hell for them. So after a long flight up to New Hampshire I plan on being in front of the TV for most of the night. As far as the race goes, I think we should be OK. Its a whole new season starting this Sunday. Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Anyone happen to watch "Mr class" Jimmy spencer spin people out in the truck race?
Its really too bad that Ryan doesnt have his own TV show so he can go on and on about how big a jerk Jimmy is. Wonder what Jimmy would have said had someone gotten "pay back" on him

Oh God, Trent, I forgot you were a Gamecock fan... that, plus the fact that you work for Newman, are 2 of the main reasons I read this site. Go Cocks! However, they lost pretty badly. :( I just hope people don't start the "Fire Spurrier" shit. I think he's an awesome coach and I hope that he can build the Gamecocks up to be a great team. And don't let the loss today get you down tomorrow!

I'm with you on that one, Trent! I'm a Gator fan myself, living in Florida and all, and SC has always been a respectable program and team. Beautiful facilities the last time I went to a Gators-Cocks game in SC. I'm glad to see yours, of all teams, got our best coach in history. Steve'll get you guys turned around. I'm actually going to fear the future SC-UF games!
And good luck to Ryan in the Chase. Can't root for him all out since Tony's my boy, but Ryan is my Dodge man. :) He needs to get a win this year. Go get 'em, boys!

Good Monday Morning Trent!!
Off topic..great race man!! I also am watching your gamecocks as a Spurrier fan. I watched him growing up as a punter and backup QB. Was only 10 when he won the heisman. Hope that he can do for your program what he has done most everywhere else. Specially, our Gators. But, college ball is my 2nd favorite sport. Was raised a lugnut. Be well today!

My wife an I drive from Florida to Colombia for all homegames at the Brice. We were of course there Sat and want to let you know that it was sad, sad, sad. The Ole ball coach cannot coach if there is no talent (especially the lines). I am an old dirt track guy who owned mofifieds at the Reading Pa Fairgrounds and Nazaereth and during the 70's so we have a lot in common.
Kkeep up the good work and go Ccocks!
