Stewart fans come to shop
Here are the facts: a few guys got caught Saturday night trenching the yards at Penske and hitting cars in the parking lot with paint ball guns. Here s the part that gets interesting. I was told by some guys at the shop that the guys they caught told the police they were Tony Stewart fans and that they were retaliating over the whole practice incident between him and Busch. All the paint balls were orange, so im told. All I know is that all this trenching and paint balling did happen. As far as the rest, well, it could be shop gossip but either way it gives me something to talk about. It does make sense and it is funny. Once the police got the kids they made them come back and clean up all the cars that were hit. Nothing like a good ol race fan. Holla

Is it me or is Tony going to look exactly like Ron Jeremy in 5 more years? Tony , 3 words: Shave, Haircut , Diet. If you dont beleive me look at pictures of Tony when he first started driving and look at him now.

That really sucks about the shop!! I think they call that a lawn job.

Back in the day we called it "landscaping." They shouldn't have done the cars. The buildings are okay though.
Is it me or is Tony taking this Jap thing too serious? It sure looks like he wants to go Sumo wrestling.

Maybe all the can throwing Jr. fans switched to Tony when Jr. went to Hendrick. Which isnt a bad thing, cause I personally dont care for any of the drivers at JGR.
I hope Tony dont find these kids and sit on them. They may never be found again.

I cant say much for the kids that shot paint balls in the shop. I got arrested when i was younger for hitting trash cans with my blazer. It's still is kind of funny though.

I think its great. Its like rolling the "evil Bratty quarterbacks house during homecoming". Still think they ought to just let Tony and Kurt go "talk " about it in a 12 x 12 room somwehere, keep you guys out of it, with repairing their f***-ups.

Wow, it is kind of funny that happened. I agree that those types of incidents can cross a line real quick where they cease being fun and games and turn into vandalism…funny thing though I noticed that Tony’s fire suit is mostly black with the orange sleeves…Is it because if he wore all orange he would remind us of Linus’s Great Pumpkin from Charlie Brown???

Sure wish you all would lay off Tony's weight. My younger brother had a weight problem and was bullied and criticized all his life becasue of it. He was made fun of and called names the way you are doing to Tony now. My brother suffered terrible depression because of this and committed suicide at the age of 32.

wow sorry for that diane, but lets not take this were it doesnt belong ok.
tony bring's alot on himself cause he is such a jerk. maybe if he would quit crying every time somebody did to him what he does to others and just take it as good as he gives it, maybe there would be some less hater's out there.
anyway he is getting fatter buy the day and like me he probably doesnt care because he can still do his job better than most.

freak - I shouldn't have made this personal. Sorry.

I think this whole Kurt and Tony thing is awesome. It is much more interesting than Dale Earnhardt Jr and his new ride at Hendricks.

Agree 100%. Sick of hearing about everything Jr. does. Like the guy but the media is overkilling him. This Kurt and Tony thing is just what Nascar needs. Excitement, rivalries, somthing to tune into.

Over at another NASCAR blog someone commented that it looked like Tony had swallowed one of his sprint cars and wondered if the car of today's window openings had been enlarged in order to accomodate his very apparent increase in size.

I think even Jr is tired of all the hype. I've read that he is embarrassed that he is getting all the attention and Jeff and Jimmy have the titles. As far as Tony and Busch are concerned,,,they'll behave for 6 races,,,but bad blood is bad blood and that will never change. Not a bad thing,,especially for Nascar,,they are actually loving it. IMO Something's got to be done about the top 35 rule. Just my opion

Sorry for your loss Diane...It is true that we have a society in which obesity has become a problem and many of us (myself included) are overweight and we do need to work on that as a society, sorry it made you associate what should be meaningless banter with such devastating thoughts...on a lighter side (no pun intended) remember when the other fat guy (Jimmy Spencer) rearranged Kurt's new nose :)

Thanks for the laugh Georgia Boy Roy. I remember that day very well.

I agree with David that Nascar likes to keep us in the dark, we as fans are used to it, but it must be frustrating when a reporter is trying to do his job by getting us the scoop, and Nascar is blowing smoke up their asses too. Whatever Nascar said to Smoke and Busch on Sat morning must have been pretty drastic with how they were making nice and praising each other on TV the next day,,,Hipocrites

I have a lot of buddies in the garage that cover the sport and cover it very well. Even they were having a hard time reporting on this issue due to the fact that nascar was keeping it hush hush. Oh well, maybee the ufc could get bush and stewart together for a little action in the octagon. I would pay to see that one. Holla
